Analyst, Technology Account Management – Customer Learning & Training
- About the Opportunity
- A leading global payments technology company is seeking a customer-focused, organized, and engaging presenter to support its North American customer learning team. The team manages a customer education platform that provides live webinars, upcoming events, and structured learning pathways to help banks and financial institutions understand and maximize the value of the company's products and services.
This role combines customer support, webinar facilitation, and training program coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of large audiences, coordinating presenters, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless learning experience from initial registration through post-event follow-up.
You will play a key role in hosting live product training sessions for external customers while managing the day-to-day requests and logistics that keep the learning platform running smoothly.
- What You'll Do
- Host and facilitate customer webinars: Kick off live training sessions, introduce presenters, manage transitions, and close sessions with key takeaways and next steps. Webinars typically serve audiences of 20–200 external customers.
- Coordinate presenters and training events: Partner with internal product teams to understand training topics, prepare presenters, coordinate event communications, and ensure sessions are ready for delivery.
- Manage customer and internal inquiries: Monitor a shared inbox, respond to questions about platform access, upcoming events, and training sessions, and coordinate timely answers to more complex requests.
- Support customer learning: Help banks and financial institutions navigate learning pathways, access educational resources, and understand available product training opportunities.
- Manage webinar logistics and follow-up: Coordinate schedules, event preparation, communications, and post-session customer surveys.
- Maintain learning platform operations: Assist with user access, resolve routine issues, and ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain training materials: Update presentations, documentation, and customer-facing resources as needed.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with product specialists and other internal stakeholders to deliver effective, well-organized customer learning experiences.
- What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer training, learning and development, event coordination, customer education, or webinar facilitation.
- Strong presentation skills and the confidence and charisma to engage external audiences in live virtual sessions.
- Experience hosting webinars, facilitating training, coordinating events, or supporting customer-facing educational programs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to research questions, identify the right resources, and provide timely responses.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and follow-through.
- Familiarity with virtual event or webinar platforms such as Adobe Connect, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
- The ability to work effectively with internal subject matter experts and coordinate presenters who deliver the technical content.
- Assignment Details
- Duration: 8-month contract assignment.
- Location: O'Fallon, Missouri.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid, with onsite work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
- Start Date: ASAP, ideally in November, to allow time for training and knowledge transfer before the current team member begins leave.
- Important Details About the Role
- The position has two primary responsibilities: managing the shared customer support inbox and hosting live customer webinars. The team typically delivers 2–6 webinars per week, with sessions ranging from 20 to 200 attendees.
The successful candidate will be comfortable opening a webinar, welcoming customers, introducing and handing off to presenters, helping guide the session, and closing with next steps. They will also coordinate event preparation and communications with internal product teams and distribute post-training surveys. Because Adobe Connect can be challenging to manage remotely, consistent onsite availability Tuesday through Thursday is essential.
Candidates with experience in event planning, customer learning, corporate training, or live webinar facilitation are especially encouraged to apply.
