• Role Description
• This is a full-time hybrid role for an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Infrastructure & Energy Transition Investment Banking. The Analyst / Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, developing financial models, preparing transaction documents, performing due diligence, and supporting senior team members advising clients on transactions within the Infrastructure & Energy Transition sectors across North America and globally.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other quantitative fields
• 1-3 years of experience, ideally within infrastructure and energy investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory (desired)
• Exposure to energy transition / renewable energy transactions in North America and/or globally
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (including complex project finance models)
• Ability to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with guidance from senior bankers
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
