About the Opportunity:

The Analyst, Reporting designs, builds, and maintains interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into intuitive visual insights. This role ensures reporting accuracy and performance while partnering with business stakeholders to turn requirements into effective analytical solutions that improve understanding and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• • Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPI metrics, reporting requirements, and visualization needs.
• • Partner with Growth, Sales, and Account teams to create mockups, proofs of concept, and data-driven visual stories for client presentations.
• • Develop rapid visual concepts that simplify complex data capabilities for external audiences.
• • Maintain data models, automated refresh schedules, and row-level security for reporting solutions.
• • Support quality assurance by identifying data anomalies and collaborating with Data Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• • Create and maintain centralized documentation for data dictionaries, KPI definitions, reporting standards, and technical documentation.
• • Support the development of standardized dashboard design guidelines, naming conventions, and data validation practices.
• • Translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards designed for both technical and non-technical users.

Requirements:

• • 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
• • Experience developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• • Strong academic or professional record demonstrating analytical ability and achievement.
• • Strong attention to UI/UX details, including formatting, alignment, consistency, and readability.
• • Experience analyzing data using Excel and SQL.
• • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships.
• • Understanding of user personas and the ability to design intuitive dashboards for non-technical audiences.
• • Familiarity with relational databases or cloud data warehouses.
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• • Annual gross base salary range of $48,000–$71,000 USD, depending on qualifications, skills, and location.
• • Additional compensation and benefits may include multiple health insurance options, flexible paid time off, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
