Analyst (Power and Renewables)

Verdonck Partners is an advisory firm focused on:

• Buy-side advisory and due diligence: Support institutional investors and developers on buying power and renewable projects and companies
• Development services: Work with asset owners and investors in developing and repowering power generation projects
• Financial modeling: Provide clients with financial analysis including evaluation of potential capital structures (including debt and tax equity)

Job Description:

Verdonck Partners is seeking an Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in power/renewable project development, investment banking or project finance (bank or developer) to join its rapidly growing business

Requirements:

• Strong interest in renewables, power and infrastructure
• Power project modeling experience is required
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated work ethic
