• About the Program
• Grad2Hire is LiftHER's signature career readiness training + hands-on experiential learning program which leads into direct job referrals. The program is designed for recent and upcoming graduates.
• Start with a 6-week bootcamp where you will learn to navigate your job search, build personal branding, develop your professional portfolio through hands-on projects, earn industry-recognized credentials, and build the professional network and confidence needed to launch your career. Afterward, you may be referred for full-time roles, internships or a paid Fellowship.

• This holistic program is enhanced by signature experiential learning and professional networking experiences like:·
• Mock Interview Festival with working professionals and recruiters.
• Industry-focused Capstone Project Challenge with a chance to present to industry leaders.
• 1:1 Chats with our network of LiftHER mentors to build your network.
• Engage with guest speakers who will provide insider insights to help you stand out.

• We are partnering with the MetroHartford Alliance on the Fall 2026 Grad2Hire program. Selected participants will:·
