Purpose
KCIC is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment. The analyst will be responsible for daily legal document review and data entry.The position is full time (40 hours per week). Some paid overtime may be necessary.
This is an Entry-level position and No previous experience in legal, consulting, or data analysis is required- we provide the training you need to succeed.
Key Accountabilities
- Read and review legal documents to enter specified information efficiently and accurately from those documents into an online entry form.
- Manage time to meet daily entry goals. Volume of documents received fluctuates and there is a two-business-day turnaround time for the review and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding their progress and deadlines.
- Review and quality control legal claim files maintained in an online platform to ensure documentation is accurate and complete according to written requirements.
- Support consultant teams in various daily requirements for clients.
Experience And Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position can excel in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines. The candidate must have exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail, a positive attitude, and be a supportive team player.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Critical reading skills
- Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office Products a plus)
- Knowledge of and ability to use online platforms, web pages, etc.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
