Job Description

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of enterprise-wide data, including exploratory data analysis (EDA), data mining, and statistical analysis, to support business planning, operational decision-making, and growth initiatives. Deliver insights and performance evaluations that inform decisions across key business priorities, including network strategy, facility revenue, and property management. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, research, and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business planning, operational decision-making, and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze business and operational metrics to deliver insights and performance evaluations that inform strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and other analytical deliverables that support business planning and performance management.
  • Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and analytical modeling techniques to large and complex datasets to identify actionable insights, support forecasting, and evaluate business performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions, and use Python and R to support dashboard development, analytics, automation, and data modeling.
  • Support the automation and continuous improvement of analytics and reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and usability.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, integrity, and security across analyses, dashboards, and reporting outputs while complying with company policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose and contribute to a high level of support for guests and team members.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related STEM field required, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Proficiency in Python and R required
  • Strong SQL skills required
  • Proficiency in Tableau and experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions required
  • Self-motivated, curious, and highly driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly, and take ownership of assigned work and process responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information ethically and responsibly

Additional Information

  • General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
  • Able to work evenings and odd hours as needed
  • Less than 5% travel required
  • This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
