You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data and experimentation to unlock new opportunities and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Design and execute robust A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to continuously enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance on a weekly and post-campaign basis, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, uncover strategic opportunities, and recommend data-backed optimizations to drive engagement and maximize return on investment.
  • Support critical marketing functions such as forecasting, budgeting, and meticulous performance tracking tied to marketing investments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Your ability to collaborate will be crucial in ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment across various departments.

  • Partner effectively with analytics, operations, finance, and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment and excellence in campaign execution.
  • Manage complex timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring smooth project flow.
  • Continuously improve workflows, processes, and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability within the marketing operations.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a talented individual who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ready to make a significant impact on customer engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns across email and other owned channels (SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, or direct mail).
  • A strong background in customer segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with direct mail or integrated offline and digital campaign strategies.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or ROI analysis in a marketing context.
  • Background in retail, eCommerce, or high-volume consumer marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and developing comprehensive omnichannel strategies.
