Our client is an established $1B+ NYC-based fund that has a differentiated approach to distressed and event-driven investing. They also take advantage of opportunities across the capital structure expressed by long and short equity and credit and capital structure arbitrage positions. They have a small team relative to AUM, and they work collectively to generate maximum returns. The fund has a flat structure, no bureaucracy, and the analyst will work directly with the founder. The strongest candidates have 2-3 years of post- college experience preferably from a Restructuring Advisory Analyst program, distressed desk, or credit fund. The role requires outstanding analytical skills, detail orientation, and an affable personality, along with the ability to work closely with others. Compensation: $150,000 base + bonus. Qualified candidates may forward a resume to our website. All inquiries will be treated confidentially.
