Role Description The Analyst, Data Subject Rights is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for managing and fulfilling data subject rights requests in compliance with global privacy regulations. This role reviews, validates, and processes requests such as access, deletion, correction, and restriction of personal data, ensuring timely and accurate responses. The analyst collaborates with legal, IT, security, and business stakeholders to gather relevant information, interpret regulatory requirements, and maintain consistent procedures. Daily tasks include monitoring incoming requests, documenting actions taken, updating case management systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of data privacy workflows and policies. The role also supports privacy impact assessments, prepares reports and metrics on request handling, and assists with training and awareness initiatives related to data protection and privacy.

Beneficial experience includes prior work in privacy, compliance, legal operations, or data governance, ideally within hospitality, travel, or large consumer-facing organizations.
