2. About the Opportunity:
The Analyst, Data & Analytics - Value Base Programs/Excel - Remote supports research, analysis, and reporting activities to improve business performance and inform decision-making. This role manages complex datasets to develop and maintain analytical reports and dashboards that track utilization, costs, and operational performance. It acts as a key partner to internal teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights, contributing directly to cost-containment and strategic initiatives.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Analyze healthcare and operational datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- • Develop, validate, and maintain reports using SQL, Excel, BI tools, and other analytics platforms.
- • Organize and document datasets and reporting workflows across business areas.
- • Create dashboards and queries supporting utilization analysis and cost containment.
- • Summarize research findings and provide recommendations to business stakeholders.
- • Support regulatory, contractual, and enterprise reporting requirements.
- • Identify and implement enhancements or fixes to reports and processes.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and maintain timelines.
- • Assist with special projects and data requests from internal and external sources.
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics.
- • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and analytics/reporting tools.
- • Strong attention to detail in data validation and documentation.
- • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- • Preferred: Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, MedInsight, or similar.
- • Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare utilization metrics and cost analysis.
- • Preferred: Familiarity with predictive modeling and trend forecasting.
- • Preferred: Microsoft certification or similar credentials.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
