Analyst

Cambridge Global Advisors (CGA) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Washington D.C., specializing in cybersecurity and AI technical assistance and capacity building for governments and international organizations. We are currently seeking an Analyst to support CGA’s international projects.

• About the Role
• As an Analyst, you will support the delivery of CGA's international programs, from planning and execution through monitoring and reporting, while contributing to related consulting, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement work. You will work daily with CGA staff, principals, and clients, often collaborating with global audiences across multiple time zones. Success in this role requires excellent project and time management skills. This is a full-time position.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support Project Director in implementing international projects, from planning and launch through monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
• Track workplans, timelines, and deliverables, and flag risks or delays early so projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of trainings, workshops, conferences, and technical assistance activities, including logistics, agendas, speakers, and participant communications.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, partners, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Draft high-quality deliverables, including reports, briefing materials, presentations, and communications content.
• Monitor project performance by collecting and analyzing metrics and preparing progress reports and data visualizations for clients and leadership.
• Manage project administration, including scheduling, travel, budget tracking, invoicing support, and meeting coordination.
• Support CGA's Capture Team on international efforts, as needed.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, including work on international projects.
• Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to work remotely with audiences in other time zones.
• A self-starter mindset with strong critical thinking and a drive to keep building analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior executives.
• Strong Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is expected to range from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, geographic location, and overall alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
