Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Trainer & Evaluator to work on a contract basis. The role involves evaluating and improving AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability. Candidates will provide feedback on model outputs and contribute to refining training datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Evaluate AI model responses for accuracy, coherence, and relevance across diverse inputs.
• • Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance and alignment with intended use cases.
• • Test AI systems under various scenarios to identify strengths, weaknesses, and edge cases.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback into model training pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Experience evaluating AI or machine learning models, with attention to detail in outputs.

• • Proficiency in written English, with clear articulation of observations and suggestions.
• • Background in data analysis, linguistics, or computer science is a plus.
