Job Overview:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandise planning, inventory allocation, demand planning, and retail analytics, with strong Excel skills and experience using allocation/planning systems.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze inventory, sales, and demand data to support inventory deployment strategies.
• Manage allocation and deployment of products across stores and markets.
• Partner with merchandise planning teams to identify opportunities and improve inventory performance.
• Perform store-level analysis and provide recommendations to optimize inventory levels.
• Create reports and conduct ad-hoc analysis using business data.
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams to support business objectives.
• Assist with seasonal planning, forecasting, and inventory initiatives.
• Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory allocation, demand planning, or inventory deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with retail inventory planning processes.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with JDA Allocation / Blue Yonder.
• Experience with MicroStrategy (MSI), SAP, Manugistics, or Salesforce.
• Retail, apparel, or fashion industry experience.
• Experience supporting store-level inventory planning and category ownership.
