Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or related technical roles; Experience with data maintenance, system testing, and troubleshooting, and the usage and development of AI agents to optimize workflows.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL and data mining tools, Understanding of system integration and migration processes; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Co-pilot Studio
