Role Description
This role is for an AI Systems Analyst responsible for supporting the implementation, evaluation, and optimization of AI-powered systems and business solutions. In this position, you will analyze system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure that AI technologies effectively support operational and business objectives.
As an AI Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business, operations, technology, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor the performance of AI systems and workflows
Evaluate AI outputs and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the implementation and integration of AI solutions
Gather and document business and system requirements
Collaborate with technical and business teams on AI initiatives
Assist in process optimization and workflow automation projects
Prepare reports, performance summaries, and recommendations
Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
Maintain documentation of AI systems, processes, and requirements
Stay informed about AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in AI technologies, automation, and business systems
Basic understanding of AI, data analysis, or intelligent systems
Ability to analyze processes and interpret system performance
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, or business applications is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
