• About the Role
• We're looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to help us put artificial intelligence to work across our business.
• This is a new position at TCK, and you'll have the opportunity to help build it from the ground up. You'll work with teams in production, purchasing, sales, ecommerce, customer service, and accounting to understand how they work and identify where AI tools and automation could make a difference.
• This isn't a role focused on researching AI trends or simply recommending new technology. We're looking for someone who can build practical solutions, put them into use, and help employees feel comfortable using them.
• You'll work on one project at a time, from understanding the problem and developing a plan to building the solution, training employees, and measuring the results.
• What You'll Do
• Meet with departments to understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify ways AI tools and automation can reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and save time.
• Build, test, and implement AI tools, workflows, and automations.
• Develop project plans outlining the proposed solution, resources needed, expected benefits, and timeline.
• Work with IT to ensure tools are secure, reliable, and compatible with existing systems.
• Support integrations with business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Shopify.
• Train employees on new tools and provide ongoing support after implementation.
• Monitor how tools are being used and evaluate whether they are delivering the expected results.
• Document solutions and communicate project progress and results to leadership.
• Stay informed about new AI tools and technologies that could benefit our business.
• What We're Looking For
• Experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or technology solutions through work, internships, coursework, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, automation tools, or programming languages used to build practical solutions.
• Ability to understand a business problem and develop a workable solution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to employees who may not have a technical background.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with employees across departments.
• What Would Be Helpful
• Experience with Python, APIs, SQL, or workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Shopify, or similar business systems.
• Experience connecting applications, working with business data, or developing AI agents.
• Experience documenting processes or training others on new technology.
• Education or training in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field.
• What to Expect
• This is a hands-on position where you'll spend much of your time building solutions and the rest working with employees to implement and improve them.

You'll have the opportunity to learn how different parts of a manufacturing business operate, work directly with department leaders, and see the impact of the tools you create.

We don't expect you to know every system or have every answer when you start. We do expect you to be willing to learn, ask questions, take ownership of your work, and follow through on projects.
