We're hiring an AI Governance Senior Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of an enterprise AI governance program. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in privacy, compliance, governance, risk management, or quality systems within a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage AI governance processes, including AI asset inventory, risk assessments, and compliance tracking.
Support AI governance policies, documentation, dashboards, and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Privacy, Legal, IT, Information Security, Quality, and R&D.
Monitor AI regulatory requirements and support governance activities across the AI lifecycle.
Maintain governance workflows, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, governance, risk management, or quality systems.
Experience working in a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
Experience with GRC platforms such as OneTrust, AuditBoard, ServiceNow, or similar tools is preferred.
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
IAPP certifications (AIGP, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus.
Must be US-based (Eastern Time Zone preferred).
