- Location : Hybrid ( NJ/NY/PA)
- Client: Confidential(Will be revealed after shortlisted- Financial Client)
Role Overview :
The AI Business Analyst is a core member of the MarTech, AI & Data Strategy team, responsible for identifying, designing, and enabling Agentic AI solutions that unlock value across Client marketing organization. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and AI execution — translating marketing workflows and stakeholder needs into structured, buildable AI specifications.
You will work closely with Marketing business stakeholders, Global Technology, and the Chief Data Office to define AI-ready process designs, evaluate opportunities, and ensure solutions are scalable, governed, and measurably impactful.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prioritize, and design Agentic AI and automation use cases across marketing strategy, content, campaign execution, audience management, and customer experience workflows.
- Lead discovery sessions with Marketing stakeholders to map current-state processes and define future-state AI-enabled workflows with clear decision logic, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Translate business requirements into AI-ready specifications — including process flows, prompt specs, retrieval strategies, tool definitions, escalation paths, and guardrails — that engineering and AI product teams can act on.
- Partner with Global Technology and the Chief Data Office to align solution design with enterprise architecture, data availability, governance standards, and responsible AI policies.
- Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered workflows, including accuracy, consistency, compliance alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Support UAT, rollout, and continuous improvement cycles — incorporating operational feedback, user signals, and model performance data to refine workflows over time.
- Build and maintain documentation including process maps, business requirements, user stories, and governance playbooks that serve as the source of truth for AI initiatives.
- Drive AI adoption by enabling Marketing teams through training, change management support, and clear communication of AI capabilities and limitations.
Required Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, digital transformation, or marketing/marketing technology operations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies — including LLMs, Generative AI tools, or automation platforms — in a business or enterprise context.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, real-world business workflows into structured, actionable specifications (process flows, BRDs, user stories, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts including multi-agent workflows, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), tool/function calling, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — equally effective with business executives and technical teams.
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments with sensitivity to compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with MarTech platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AI tools such as Gradial, Figma, Norm AI or similar tools.
- Experience designing AI governance frameworks, adoption programs, or enterprise AI evaluation standards.
- Working knowledge of Python, REST APIs, or data pipeline fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management practices
- How Success Is Measured
- High-quality, AI-ready specifications delivered on time — enabling engineering to build without rework.
- Measurable business value from deployed Agentic AI solutions: speed, cost reduction, output quality, and adoption.
- Reduction in manual effort across marketing and MarTech workflows through AI automation.
- Strong partnership ratings from Marketing stakeholders, Global Technology, and the Chief Data Office.
- AI solutions that pass compliance, governance, and responsible AI review without significant remediation.
- About the Ideal Candidate
- You are a hands-on AI practitioner and structured thinker who bridges the gap between business intent and AI execution. You understand how marketing organizations work, how AI agents are built, and how to design solutions that are practical, governed, and built to last. You bring clarity to ambiguity, earn trust from both business and technology stakeholders, and are energized by the opportunity to shape how a large marketing organization operates in an AI-native world.
