About The Role

We are seeking detail-oriented AI Analysts based in the United States to join our dynamic team for an exclusive Google Wallet evaluation project. This role is ideal for recent graduates, professionals, or anyone interested in AI who actively uses Google Wallet. No specialized technical background is required; instead, we value your everyday experience, attention to detail, and willingness to work with advanced AI tools. The position is a full-time contract role lasting approximately 10 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, including a 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST). As an AI Analyst, you will interact with Gemini models, execute evaluation workflows, review model responses, and document findings systematically, contributing to the enhancement of AI capabilities and user experience testing.

Qualifications

• Residency in the United States and active use of Google Wallet.
• At least one linked payment method such as a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
• Minimum of five passes stored in Google Wallet.
• Willingness to connect a bank account via Plaid if not already linked.
• Comfortable navigating Google Wallet, linked payment methods, and Plaid connectivity.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and familiarity with AI tools like Gemini or other generative AI models is preferred.
• Previous experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or fintech projects is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate responses generated by Gemini models by submitting prompts and assessing output quality, relevance, and accuracy.
• Review and accurately document evaluation results, including ratings and observations, using Google Sheets.
• Participate in testing scenarios related to Google Wallet features and provide structured, constructive feedback on user experience issues.
• Follow established project guidelines and adhere to quality standards to support ongoing AI model improvements and evaluation objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluation processes.
• Maintain detailed records of evaluation activities and findings for reporting and analysis purposes.
