• Introduction
• Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentic AI Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered business solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements, defining agent behavior, and supporting the delivery of secure, scalable, and measurable AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, Salesforce architects, developers, quality engineering teams, and security professionals to lead discovery, optimize business processes, manage requirements, and support the successful deployment and adoption of Agentforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for Salesforce Agentforce, automation, and AI-driven process improvements.
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, customer journeys, user personas, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements, user stories, agent stories, acceptance criteria, decision tables, and traceability matrices.
• Define Agentforce use cases, including agent topics, instructions, actions, conversational boundaries, fallback mechanisms, and human escalation requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and technical teams to design solutions that leverage standard Salesforce capabilities wherever possible.
• Support the integration of Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Flow, and connected enterprise applications.
• Identify and document data requirements, grounding sources, access permissions, data quality considerations, and integration dependencies.
• Support product backlog management, prioritization, refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and Agile delivery activities.
• Define measurable acceptance criteria and evaluation approaches for AI agents, including response relevance, groundedness, task completion, and appropriate escalation.
• Work with technical and quality engineering teams to validate Agentforce functionality, reliability, security, and business outcomes.
• Identify and address risks associated with AI-generated responses, hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, and other responsible AI considerations.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, release readiness, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Support Agentforce deployment, end-user training, change management, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to monitor solution performance, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Maintain clear requirements documentation and ensure alignment between business objectives, technical implementation, and delivered functionality.

Qualifications

• Required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, process consulting, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration concepts, topics, instructions, actions, grounding, guardrails, and conversational workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Flow, reporting, security, and integrations.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Understanding of AI agent evaluation, grounding, response quality, fallback mechanisms, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience supporting automation, AI, conversational solutions, analytics, or decision-support initiatives.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, managing requirements, supporting Agile delivery, and coordinating UAT.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object- and field-level access controls.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, quality engineering teams, and security professionals.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certifications, or willingness to obtain both within three months of joining.

Preferred

• Additional Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, AI Associate, Platform App Builder, or Data Cloud Consultant.
• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within consulting or client-facing environments.
• Experience supporting public-sector or government transformation initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
