We are seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist with a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer near Santa Ana, CA.

This role offers the chance to become the site expert, work directly with leadership, and shape the company’s trade compliance program. As the business grows and expands its capabilities, the position offers strong visibility, ownership, and long term career potential.

The right person will have the opportunity to:

• • Build and improve the site trade compliance program
• • Work closely with senior leadership and key business functions
• • Influence important decisions involving ITAR, EAR, customs, licensing, and facility controls
• • Help prepare the organization for future defense and classified business opportunities
• • Create processes, training, and internal controls rather than simply inherit them
• • Become the person the organization relies on for trade compliance guidance
• • Potentially build a broader compliance function as the company continues to expand

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained strong trade compliance experience within aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing and is ready for greater visibility, ownership, and career growth.
