Advanced Data Analytics Specialist

• Position: Advanced Data Analytics Specialist
• Location: Fully Remote
• Duration: Long term contract, 1+ year extending
• Pay: $50-52/hour

• Summary: We are partnering with a large healthcare organization in hiring an analytics professional who loves digging into data, uncovering insights, and helping drive business strategy.
• This role sits between traditional analytics and data science. You'll work with large datasets, leverage outputs from predictive models, perform hypothesis-driven analysis, and help explain what's happening in the business and why.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
• Conduct root cause and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Leverage predictive model outputs, segmentation, and risk scoring to uncover insights
• Partner directly with strategy and business leaders
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and next steps
• Measure business impact and ROI of initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of analytics, data analytics, decision science, or related experience
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong problem-solving and storytelling abilities
• Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with healthcare analytics, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, or predictive analytics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research, computer science, healthcare analytics, or a related field
