What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary owner of Prelude build and support, including Patient Workqueues and Item Profiles
• Responsible for building, supporting, testing, and implementing Patient Access workflows
• Provide daily resource support for projects, enhancement requests, and incident ticket management
• Prepare and execute functional system specifications using structured methodologies
• Act as a subject matter expert on project teams, developing test scripts and conducting testing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Epic Prelude certification
• Minimum of 3 years of Epic Prelude build, support, and implementation experience
• Experience with Prelude/Registration and Cadence/Scheduling workflows
• Strong analytical skills and ability to design and build solutions
• Ability to support application upgrades and project go-lives

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Additional experience with Cadence and Referrals
• Familiarity with Ambulatory and Outpatient/Inpatient scheduling processes
