Must-Haves:

  • Strong SQL & Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to query and analyze datasets, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and generate actionable insights. Comfortable supporting experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • AI/Automation & Experimentation Experience: Hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools, automation workflows, agents, or similar solutions. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
  • Product-Oriented Execution Mindset: Combines analytical thinking with a bias for action. Able to drive initiatives from concept to execution, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities: This is a hybrid analytics and product-focused role responsible for advancing experimentation and automation initiatives within a messaging-driven environment. The individual will utilize SQL, AI tools, and analytical problem-solving to design and optimize workflows, execute experiments, and improve operational efficiency. Success in this role requires strong ownership, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of driving projects forward, delivering outcomes, and influencing business decisions-not just generating analysis
