Must-Haves:

• Strong SQL & Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to query and analyze datasets, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and generate actionable insights. Comfortable supporting experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• AI/Automation & Experimentation Experience: Hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools, automation workflows, agents, or similar solutions. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
• Product-Oriented Execution Mindset: Combines analytical thinking with a bias for action. Able to drive initiatives from concept to execution, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
• Day-to-Day Responsibilities: This is a hybrid analytics and product-focused role responsible for advancing experimentation and automation initiatives within a messaging-driven environment. The individual will utilize SQL, AI tools, and analytical problem-solving to design and optimize workflows, execute experiments, and improve operational efficiency.
