Overview:
We are looking for a Payroll Analyst who has strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance regulation and advanced numerical and mathematical skills to manage complex payroll calculations and ensure accuracy.
Duties:
- Processing multi-state payroll supporting 10,000+ employees.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and correct formula and data errors.
- Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements, pivot tables, and statistical functions.
- Processing and/or auditing payroll using ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
- Experience in a large, automated payroll environment supporting 10,000+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of standard payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience processing and/or auditing payroll using ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll.
