Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our client, a global fashion company, is looking for a Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Lower Manhattan. The successful candidate will have strong B2B accounts receivable experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 6-7 months
• Pay:$36-40/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099)
• Schedule: Hybrid, standard 40-hour work week, Tuesday through Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote

Responsibilities:

• Assist AR manager in all collections, reconciliations, chargebacks, and cash allocation responsibilities
• Expedite collection efforts by performing collection calls and written correspondence
• Review daily aging to determine credit holds and releases
• Performing daily check posting and clearing for assigned accounts
• Perform General Ledger postings and reconciliations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required, Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration is preferred
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, wholesale or B2B experience is required
• Prior experience working in the fashion, beauty, or retail industry is strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
• SAP experience is required
