- We are partnering with a growing organization in the healthcare industry that is seeking an experienced Aging Analyst to join their Accounts Receivable team. Responsibilities
- Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and collection opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve aged balances, payment delays, denials, and outstanding claims.
- Work closely with billing, collections, and internal departments to resolve account issues.
- Monitor key AR metrics and provide reporting on aging performance and collection trends.
- Research payment variances and reconcile customer accounts.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce aging balances and improve cash flow.
- Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and AR analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in an analyst or aging-focused role.
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience analyzing aging reports and resolving complex receivable issues.
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and healthcare billing software is a plus.
