• We are partnering with a growing organization in the healthcare industry that is seeking an experienced Aging Analyst to join their Accounts Receivable team. Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and collection opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve aged balances, payment delays, denials, and outstanding claims.
• Work closely with billing, collections, and internal departments to resolve account issues.
• Monitor key AR metrics and provide reporting on aging performance and collection trends.
• Research payment variances and reconcile customer accounts.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce aging balances and improve cash flow.
• Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and AR analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in an analyst or aging-focused role.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience analyzing aging reports and resolving complex receivable issues.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and healthcare billing software is a plus.
