• What You'll Do
• As our Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by:
• Process high-volume vendor invoices across 7 separate business entities
• Review, code, and enter invoices with accurate GL coding and department allocations
• Manage electronic payments, including ACH transactions and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly
• Assist with weekly check runs and urgent payment requests
• Support month-end close by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time
• Partner with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment questions and maintain strong relationships
• Maintain accuracy while balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• What We're Looking For
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Experience processing ACH payments and wire transfers
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, GL coding, and account reconciliations
• Ability to manage AP responsibilities across multiple business entities
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• A self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
