Accounts Payable Analyst - #26296

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Analyst. This role is responsible for processing supplier payments, reconciling supplier statements, and supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Job Duties
• Process and reconcile payments to supplier statements
• Work independently while contributing as part of a team
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes
• Answer incoming calls professionally and provide support to branch personnel and insurance authorities
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and assigned projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Skills & Experience
• Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Desired
• 2+ years of experience in financial services
• Experience working in a dispersed organization
