• yWe are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analysts to join our Transportation & Logistics Accounting (TLA) team. This role is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of transportation and logistics-related financial activities, including carrier payments, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, finance, supply chain, or data analytics and possess excellent communication and analytical skills
• .Key Responsibilitie
• sProcess and reconcile payments to freight carriers and transportation vendors
• .Review, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies
• .Prepare, process, and reconcile journal entries and accruals related to transportation and logistics activities
• .Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
• .Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure accurate financial reporting
• .Maintain accurate records and support month-end and year-end close activities
• .Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to manage, analyze, and present data
• .Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process efficiencies
• .Qualification
• sBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• .Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• .Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• .Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• .Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• .Experience with accounting, financial analysis, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred
